Already a visionary since the age of 5, Sheila Z was in a serious auto accident in 1999. With shattered meniscus and ruptured cervical discs the most challenging she says was her head and brain injuries. “It took me almost 6 years to get back into my body.” There were many moments she felt like she may be breathing her last breath. She says “In those moments of no more moments the angels would come and take me soaring, they would sing me this song that healed my heat and my mind” This music goes to every cell and heals.
